New to heat?

Everyone spends part of their first class in child's pose. Bring water and a towel, arrive fifteen minutes early and rest when you need to. By your third class you'll be asking us to turn it up.

You earned this.

Shower first. Then matcha, fresh juice and a lunch worth the sweat, ready when you are. Eat here or take it with you.

Class at eight. Desk by nine.

Book a desk at the house and work from the woods. Fast wifi, good coffee, and your next class a few steps away.

Desks are limited. Founding members get first access.
